Race time

Hanging out in the car before the kids race in St. Cloud.

First Bike Race

We brought his "bike" with us (it's a Strider - no pedals) to my race at Buck Hill on Sunday. Owen did the Shimano Youth Series race. I've got the seat as low as it goes and he barely can stand over it. His helmet is also a bit big for him, but he doesn't seem to mind. He loves cruising around on this thing. He came in last, but he had a blast. Besides, all the other kids were quite a bit older than he is. I'm calling it first place in the Under Two age group. Nice job buddy!

Race Ready

All he needs is a bike and he's ready to race.

Maplelag

Owen got to hang out on the podium after Sunday's mountain bike race. His old man got 2nd place in his group.
